Chocolate hummus
What you need:
- 200g chickpeas, cooked
- 2 tablespoons or more cacao powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons or more maple syrup
- pinch of salt
- splash of water
How to make it:
- Put cooked chickpeas into the food processor and mix it well.
- Add rest of the ingredients and mix it well.
- Add water if you need to, to achieve the consistency you like.
- Taste it, add more cacao or maple syrup if you desire.
- Enjoy it with sliced apple
