Chocolate hummus

What you need:

  • 200g chickpeas, cooked
  • 2 tablespoons or more cacao powder 
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons or more maple syrup
  • pinch of salt
  • splash of water

 

 

How to make it:

  1. Put cooked chickpeas into the food processor and mix it well.
  2. Add rest of the ingredients and mix it well. 
  3. Add water if you need to, to achieve the consistency you like.
  4. Taste it, add more cacao or maple syrup if you desire.
  5. Enjoy it with sliced apple
