Here is the break down of my days when I progressed. 

 

  • I started with my maximum combo I could do. 3 pull ups, followed by 2 pull ups and then 1 and 1 pull up with 20 seconds rest in between the sets. 
  • On day 3 I managed to increase to 4 pull ups in my combo. 
  • On day 7 I managed to add 10 seconds hold in my pull ups combo. 
  • On day 8 I forgot to turn my camera on so I needed to do my combo pull ups twice. I surprised myself, that I was able to do it. 
  • On day 12 I decided to try how many pull ups I can do as my maximum. And I did 6. I was so excited.
  • On day 13 I did my pull ups and I also went first time in my life bouldering. It was so much fun. I loved it.
  • On day 14 I forgot to turn my camera on again. I did my maximum 6 pull ups twice. So I did all together 12 pull ups.
  • On day 17 I decided I will alternate my pulls daily. Pull ups combo with my maximum pull ups.
  • On day 19 I managed to increase to 5 pull ups in my combo.
  • On day 29 I forgot to turn my camera on again. For the 3rd time. I know silly me. So I did my pull ups combo twice. I ended up doing 18 pull ups all together. 
  • On my 30 day, my final day of the challenge I managed to do my record. 7 pull ups in a row. I was so excited and so proud of myself.
