Peanut butter

What you need:

◦ 300g raw peanuts

 

How to make it:

1. Roast your peanuts on the baking tray till they turn golden brown. Around 5 – 8 minutes at 180 degree celsius but it depends on your oven so please check them regularly, not to burn them.

2. When ready transfer them into your powerful blender or food processor and blend it till smooth consistency. Be patience, it can take few minutes.

3. Store it in the airtight container in the fridge.

4. Enjoy it anytime

 

Notes:

This recipe makes around 1 cup of peanut butter. It will last stored in the fridge up to 1 month.
