Tahini without oil
What you need:
• 200g sesame seeds
How to make it:
1. Roast your sesame seeds on the baking tray till they turn golden brown. Around 5 minutes at 180 degrees celsius but it depends on your oven so please check them regularly.
2. When ready transfer them into your powerful blender or food processor and blend it till smooth consistency. Be patience, it can take a few minutes.
3. Store it in the airtight container in the fridge.
4. Enjoy it anytime and use it whenever a recipe calls for tahini.
Notes:
This recipe makes around 1 cup of tahini.
It will last stored in the fridge for up to 1 month.
I like making my own tahini because it contains only sesame seeds.
