Chocolate strawberries chia pudding (6 ingredients)

For 2 (makes 2x 150ml)

Watch the YouTube video for instructions.

What you need:

  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon c0c0a powder
  • 3 teaspoons maple syrup
  • 1 banana, ripe, cut in half
  • 100ml plant based milk (I used soy milk)
  • 150g strawberries, mashed (I used defrosted)

How to make it:

  1. Prepare two bowls.
  2. Into the first bowl put 1 tablespoon chia seeds, 1 tablespoon cocoa powder, half a banana. Mash everything up and then add 100ml plant based milk and 1 teaspoon maple syrup. Mix it well.
  3. Into the second bowl put the rest of the ingredients except strawberries and leave 1 teaspoon maple syrup for strawberries and make it the same way as you did the first bowl.
  4. Let both bowls sit steering occasionally for at least 1 hour in the fridge.
  5. Mash your strawberries and add 1 teaspoon maple syrup and mix it well.
  6. Assembly pudding - on the bottom strawberries, chocolate chia pudding, white pudding, chocolate pudding and finish with strawberries.
  7. Let it sit for at least 1 more hour in the fridge before eating.
  8. Enjoy

Notes:

Taste your puddings as you are making them and add more maple syrup if you want to have it sweeter or more cocoa powder for more chocolate flavour.
