3 ingredients oat pancakes

What you need:

• 1/2 fresh banana

• 3/4 cup oats

• 1/2 cup water or homemade oat milk




For a sauce (examples of sauces you can make) or just choose from any fruit combination you have at home


Sauce number 1.

• 4-5 fresh strawberries

• 1/2 fresh banana


Sauce number 2.

• 1/2 fresh banana

• 1 cup fresh papaya


Sauce number 3.

• 1/2 fresh banana

• 1 cup fresh mango


Sauce number 4.

• 1/2 fresh banana

• 1 cup fresh pineapple


For cooking:

• oil


How to make it

1. Put oats into a dry blender or food processor and blend it till you get an oat flour.

2. Add ½ banana, milk and mix it well.

3. Pour the pancake mixture into the bowl. (while you are making the pancakes and your dough becomes thicker, just add more milk or water and mix it well)

4. Heat up an oil in the pan, when hot, scoop the pancake mixture into the pan to have a small (or size you prefer) pancakes.

5. Cook it from both size till golden.

6. Blend in the blender or food processor any fruit combination you have chosen and blend it till you get creamy texture.

7. Enjoy



This recipe makes approximately 6 pancakes depends on the size you prefer.

If you want more for your loved ones just adjust amount accordingly and enjoy.


Buy your oats in a bulk shop (if available) or in the biggest possible packaging in order to reduce your waste.
