Chia seeds pudding basic recipe and more

 

What you need

 

Chia pudding

• 3 tablespoons chia seeds

• 250ml homemade almond milk or homemade oat milk

 

To sweeten:

• ripe mash banana

• any kind of liquid sweetener you like

 

Toppings:  (options)

• any fruit

• any nuts and seeds

 

How to make it:

 

1. Combine chia seeds with milk in the preferred bowl, mix it well and put it covered into the fridge for overnight or at least 1 hour for the chia seeds to absorb the milk to make a pudding.

2. In the morning or after 1 hour add your favourite sweetener and topping

3. Enjoy

 

Notes:

This pudding makes 1 portion.

 

 

If you want more for your loved ones just remember 3 tablespoon chia seeds = 1 cup (250ml) any plant based milk
